Job Description

What you’ll do…

  • This role forms the backbone of the Ennismore Global Sales Team, you will be involved in all aspects of the team, supporting various projects, producing multiple and complex reports and supporting on numerous admin tasks – this role is key to ensuring the team runs at the highest level of efficiency.
  • Participate, support and collaborate on sales projects with the EVP of Sales, Regional VPs of Sales as well as the Accor Global Sales Organisation.
  • Create and produce a suite of reporting detailing sales performance and results
  • Create an Ennismore compendium of sales collateral and be the master keeper of all brochures, factsheets and presentations.
  • Oversea briefings of all global collateral & presentations into the communications & graphics team ensuring all requested pieces are delivered on time.
  • Support with the coordination of all Sales Tradeshows, including but not limited to, ILTM, LE Miami, ATM, IMEX & GBTA
  • Support in the submission on key RFPs, luxury consortia annual programme submissions and key client presentations and pitches
  • Support to streamline communication across team leaders and all Ennismore sellers globally at both the above-property and on-property level,
  • You will be a key point of contact for the Accor Global Sales Teams ensuring they have a full understanding of Ennismore, our pipeline and key focus areas as well as ensuring key communication from the GSO is disseminated across Ennismore.
  • Database management – of hotels, clients, events, key points of contact
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to Ennismore EVP working very closely on team diary management, expense submission and other areas of support.

  • An excellent relationship builder, confident in working with other teams; you’re passionate about what we can achieve together

  • Previous hotel or sales coordinator experience is a plus but not essential
