This highly regarded law firm is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its leading global Real Estate Team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The team is renowned for delivering innovative legal solutions across industries.

As a Senior Associate, you will manage diverse domestic and international transactions for high-profile clients in infrastructure, retail, and government sectors. Key responsibilities include:

Advising on development, infrastructure, and investment transactions. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents. Conducting due diligence and providing landlord/tenant leasing advice. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including construction and planning.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate transactions, particularly in development and investments. They should demonstrate strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and conducting due diligence. Knowledge of asset and portfolio management, especially in landlord/tenant leasing, is essential.
