An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the Early Careers Team with the Talent and Organisational Development Team as a Senior Clerical Assistant. This role will work with the Early Careers and Brighter Futures teams to support our Early Careers programmes including our highly successful Summer Placements programme.

The post will support all areas across Early Careers and will have responsibility for key tasks including supporting all recruitment activities, co-ordinating all associated administrative tasks related to the Summer Placement programme and liaising and collaborating with colleagues across all Services. You should have the skills and confidence to work using your own initiative and as part of a team and be able to prioritise your workload. This role is very project and process focussed requiring excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Applicants for the post should have previous experience working in an administrative role and be competent using a range of digital platforms including Microsoft and Teams. You must also have an SVQ Level3, HNC or equivalent in a relevant subject.

Monday - Thursday: 08:45am - 16:45pm

Friday: 08:45am - 16:15pm
