The Role:ION is seeking a creative and motivated Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team in London.As a Senior UX Designer, you will translate user insights into engaging and intuitive user experiences. We are looking for a strong UX designer who is qualified, with 4-6 years experience, who is eager to learn and enjoys the challenge of creating UX for complex B2B products.You will collaborate with Lead designers, product managers, and developers to create functional and visually appealing features that meet both our customers' and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs. Deliver design projects from concept to completion. You will be expected to lead some projects or initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Participate in usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback. Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices and processes. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

4-6 years experience in UX design. A portfolio of work you can share and present. Good knowledge of Figma. Solid knowledge of creating prototypes and conducting usability testing. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. An eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: Experience in designing complex applications. Experience in Banking and finance. Experience with other design and research software Miro, Adobe XD Dovetail… UX research experience and techniques. Stakeholder management
