Salary: £26,000 + Bonus

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Self-Employed Division at Just Mortgages, part of the Spicerhaart Group.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with strong leadership and communication skills. You’ll oversee recruitment and onboarding activities, manage reporting and process improvements, and provide a high-quality candidate experience.

Working from home with occasional travel for Team Meetings and events, you’ll ensure every new starter enjoys a smooth, professional, and memorable experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Resourcing & Onboarding Specialist, you’ll asist with aiding team performance, reporting, and process improvement while handling high-level administrative and candidate-facing tasks.

You will:

Help in coordinating the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle from initial application through to induction. Analyse reports and data, identifying gaps and taking action based on findings and following up accordingly to ensure outcomes are achieved. Identify and resolve missing or inaccurate data in reports, maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency. Delegate and prioritise workload as and when needed to ensure SLAs and targets are achieved. Prepare, update, and distribute weekly/monthly reports for senior management and stakeholders Conduct application screening, candidate calls, and compliance checks. Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain accurate pipelines. Support in maintaining HR systems (BambooHR, PeopleHR) and tracking onboarding milestones. Champion continuous improvement in onboarding experience and candidate engagement.

What You’ll Bring

Strong administrative and analytical experience within Recruitment, HR, or Onboarding. Excellent ability to interpret and present data, with strong Excel/reporting skills. Confident delegator who can lead by example and motivate others. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and familiarity with HR platforms (BambooHR/Civica). Superb communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and time management. Team focused. Experience using HR systems (. BambooHR, PeopleHR) preferred.
