You’ll be developing business, data, software, and integration architecture standards to manage processes, systems, and technology complexity across the HSBC Group. Through dynamic, agile collaboration you’ll work closely with business partners to translate their requirements into integrated solutions that can be deployed globally using consistent service patterns for ease of deployment, support, and enhancement.

Technology Services team within CG&S provides IT services for wide range of applications – Diligent, Digital Governance, Englobe, NASDAQ so on. All these critical applications are on-prem & SAAS based which requires tech Application support services, ITSO activities, implementation, migration activities more resilient, scalable, autonomous, user’s reach. Objective is to deliver high end, reliable quality services to end users and business.

This role is in lead NASDAQ Platform implementation & rollout.In this role you will:
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Should be able to drive strategic roadmap for CG&S applications.
• Lead, guide, monitor and participate in the analysis, design, implementation and execution of ongoing and new projects under CG&S.
• Technical ownership & Accountability of NASDAQ
• Drive migration & implementation of NASDAQ
• Lead & manage Engineeringteam working/supporting on NASDAQ
• Manages Board Systems portfolio of applications in terms of clarity planning, JIRA reporting, Sprint planning and Scrum Master.
• Point of escalation in IT
• Work with Enterprise Architect & other horizontal across MSIT to setup right DevOps, integration & reporting strategy.
• Engage with global stakeholders from project delivery perspective and drive the project suavely.
• Govern management for BM applications followed by appropriate change management & incident management.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

• Expertise on technical architecture concepts and solution implementations
• Good understanding of AI implementations
• Experience with Data Analysis & Modelling.
• Experience in automation and system integration with previous exposure to NASDAQ.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, Agile principles and familiar with Cloud Platforms.

This role is based in Sheffield and offer hybrid working.
