About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, customer focused Service Advisor who prides themselves on delivering the very best customer experience every time.

January 2026 represents an exciting chapter in the history of Porsche Centre Bristol. We will open the doors to our brand new “Destination Porsche” dealership, an immersive, state-of-the-art facility, with a two-story showroom that will set new standards in automotive retail with exceptional customer service. This is where innovation meets luxury and with it comes a fantastic opportunity to join our established Service team.

This role attracts an OTE of £42,000 and has a terrific benefits package.


Job Opportunity

As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the trusted link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring every interaction reflects the Porsche standard of excellence.

  • Deliver first-class customer service, managing all servicing and repair needs with care and precision.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, keeping them informed throughout their journey.
  • Work closely with the Workshop Manager to ensure timely and high-quality completion of all work.


Essential Skills

  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is essential for this role.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is also essential for this position.
  • A natural communicator with outstanding listening skills and a genuine passion for customer care.
  • Organised, adaptable, and confident—ready to thrive in a busy, energetic setting.
  • Professional, presentable, and knowledgeable about automotive products and services.
