As a Designate Store Manager, you will be a crucial support to our management team, assisting local stores within your area. You’ll lead in-store teams with encouragement and motivation, leveraging your leadership experience while receiving top-notch training to prepare for your permanent role as Store Manager. You will build a strong support network during your training, enabling you to deliver effective leadership and exceptional service to our customers.

What We’re Looking For:



  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment.
  • Background in a service-focused business.
  • Experience in managing sales and service targets, as well as influencing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Skills in recruiting, developing, and leading teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to manage team deployment, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
  • Strong focus on compliance with Health and Safety, GDPR, quality control, and retail legislation.
