ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Director of Style (Executive Housekeeper), as Stylist you will play a key role in ensuring cleanliness throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public spaces and back of house areas. 

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s operations and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

As Stylist, key aspects of your role will include:

Prioritise the cleaning of guest rooms to ensure operational efficiency. Enter guest rooms following procedures for gaining access and ensuring vacancy before entering.  Replace guest amenities and supplies in the rooms.  Replace dirty linens with clean items.  Make beds to brand standard.  Clean bathrooms.  Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.  Dust, polish and remove marks from walls and furnishings.  Vacuum carpets. Take ownership of guest issues and see them through to resolution.  Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety protocols. Be a W brand ambassador, ensuring the brand’s voice is present in your interactions with guests and talent.
