Team Personal Assistant – Temp (3 Months) | £21.63/hr | City of London

Join a leading global insurance firm at the heart of the City of London! We’re on the lookout for a sharp, proactive, and highly organised Team PA to support our Professional and Executive Risk team. If you thrive in a fast-paced corporate environment and love keeping things running smoothly, this is your moment.

Start Date:         ASAP (subject to vetting checks
Location:            City of London (Hybrid: 4 days office / 1 day WFH after training)
Rate:                  £21.63 per hour PAYE
Duration:            3 months (with potential for extension)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating travel and logistics for meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Managing complex diaries across multiple stakeholders
  • Handling expenses with precision and speed
  • Supporting onboarding for new joiners alongside HR, IT, and Training
  • Proofreading and polishing documents to a professional standard
  • Keeping electronic files organised and up to date
  • Assisting with small in-office events (think catering, invites, schedules)
  • Tackling ad hoc admin tasks like formatting branded materials, presentations, and more


What They’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a PA in a corporate setting, ideally supporting multiple teams and senior leaders
  • Background in Insurance or Financial Services (a plus, not a must)
  • Advanced Outlook skills and strong diary/travel management experience
  • Confident across MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur (bonus points!)
  • Meticulous attention to detail, proactive mindset, and a trustworthy nature
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
