Ready to take control of your earnings and grow your career in sales? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, supportive telesales team where effort and results are genuinely rewarded.

You’ll be contacting UK businesses to create and qualify sales opportunities, building rapport, and booking high-quality appointments for the field sales team. With full training, clear progression, and a realistic OTE of £45,000 PA, this is the perfect step for ambitious, confident communicators.

Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:


  • Make outbound calls to business customers across the UK
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and qualify leads
  • Book appointments for the external sales team
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline through the CRM
  • Work towards and exceed daily and weekly activity and performance targets

  • Telesales or appointment setting experience is preferred, however as a minimum you will have transferable skills and a bubbly and outgoing personality
  • Confident, professional tele manner and great communication skills

  • Comfortable using IT systems and CRMs
