Trainee Event Sales / Telesales Executive

  • Basic upto £29,000

  • £33,000 OTE

  • Hybrid Working (4 days in the office, 1 from home)

  • Monday to Friday

    Job Overview:

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and enthusiastic German-speaking Telesales Executive to join a dynamic team based in Hammersmith. This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales, building relationships, and driving results. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with clients over the phone, and playing a pivotal role in delivering successful business outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote and sell products or services.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.

  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of the team.

  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of potential clients.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue and support promotional campaigns.

  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies.

  • Customer Care: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

    Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a persuasive and professional approach.

  • Motivated and Results-Driven: A self-starter who thrives on achieving goals and exceeding expectations.

  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficient IT Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
