We’re looking for a  Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.


Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Team Development:



  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, uniting colleagues around shared goals.
  • Drive continuous growth by coaching, training, and mentoring your team.
  • Keep your team informed and engaged through clear, open communication.
  • Empower your team with up-to-date product knowledge to meet customer needs confidently.

Operational Excellence:



  • Uphold impeccable shop floor standards, ensuring stock presentation, ticketing, and organisation are on point every day.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
  • Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:



  • Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:



  • Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
