We’re looking for a VP Global Growth Marketing to join our team in London! You will be responsible for the strategy and planning of driving net new revenue growth globally from demand generation campaigns and uncovering new client revenue opportunities from upsell and cross-sell campaigns.


The VP Global Growth Marketing will combine strategic planning with operational execution, leading a high-performing, regionally distributed Growth Marketing team to achieve measurable sales and revenue impact.


What you’ll be doing as a VP Global Growth Marketing

Developing and executing client focused go-to-market programs that build a strong pipeline


Ensuring regional teams are enabled with local market insights, content, tools and resources to drive targeted campaigns
Managing the discretionary marketing budget for global growth marketing initiatives including events and generate positive ROI from marketing campaigns
Budget planning, forecasting and resource allocation for complex global campaigns
Evolving the global events strategy to ensure positive ROI is achieved from all events
Establishing clear KPIs and performance metrics for growth marketing effectiveness, tracking campaign ROI and revenue contribution
Partnering with marketing operations to optimise lead management, sscorring and nurturing processes for maximum conversation
Driving adoption of marketing automation, analytics and personalisation technologies to scale growth efforts effectively
Understanding challenges and requirements of target audience to maximise impact from targeted campaigns
Achieving the sales opportunity targets from marketing campaigns agreed with the sales leadership in order to achieve the required sales pipeline coverage to hit revenue targets
Working with client services to identify and prioritising new revenue opportunities from existing client relationships

What you’ll bring to the VP Global Growth Marketing position

Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience building and scaling high-performing, regionally distributed teams


Excellent strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution and optimisation which includes identifying long-term opportunities, translating business goals into integrated campaign plans, aligning with commercial teams, rolling up your sleeves to execute and iterate, ensuring campaigns are delivered with excellence and continually improving efficiency for ROI
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through scalable marketing campaigns in a global payments, B2B SaaS or technology environment
Solid experience with upsell and cross-sell marketing with existing customer bases, leveraging customer data and segmentation strategies
Experience collaborating with commercial and product teams to ensure seamless execution of growth marketing initiatives and alignment on revenue targets
Collaborating with partners in driving sales opportunities from joint campaigns
Strong knowledge of MarTech stack, including marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and ideally Pardot

This VP Global Growth Marketing position requires you to be in the London office two days per week.
