ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the W Lounge Manager for W Edinburgh, the Host/Hostess will have overall responsibility for ensuring guests are welcomed and assisted to provide exceptional service to our guests.

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s operation and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

As Host/Hostess key aspects of your role will include:

Be the face of the W Lounge – the first and last impression the guest has of us! Welcome guests warmly and personally Give a fond farewell that encourages guests to return Ensure guests are seated correctly in the restaurant according to the floor plan Communicate any important guest information to the waiting team and management Work as part of a team Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
