This role will be based from either theMilton Keynes or St Neots office, with occasional travel within theUK. About the Role As an Internal Sales Representative, you willplay a vital role in supporting the sales function, acting as abridge between internal and external sales teams. You will be theprimary point of contact for key customer and prospect enquiries,ensuring that all opportunities are tracked, managed, andmaximised. Working within a collaborative team, you will promote arange of Leica Geosystems products while providing consistentsupport across account management, service, and product functions.Additionally, this role requires maintaining accurate data withinthe Salesforce CRM, assisting with lead generation from marketingcampaigns, and providing account onboarding support. You will alsohave the opportunity to develop and nurture several targetaccounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and sustainedgrowth. - Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to and track generalenquiries from customers, prospects, and sales personnel - Researchand target prospects using internal data and external resources -Assist customers with product recommendations and equipmentselection - Collaborate with sales and technical support teams asneeded - Generate and follow up on proposals, quotations, andoutstanding opportunities - Support the sales team with complexquotations, tenders, and related tasks - Manage and onboardassigned customer accounts, focusing on opportunity development -Champion the Salesforce CRM system, ensuring data flow and leadmanagement - Develop positive customer relationships and foster acustomer-centric culture - Provide input on and adhere to salesprocesses to meet evolving business needs Ideal Candidate Thesuccessful candidate will have a proven background in technicalsales or business development, ideally within a sector related tosurvey or scientific equipment.
