This role requires building strong, professional relationships with merchants and colleagues, and they are looking for a highly motivated individual eager to grow their career within a fast-growing global fintech.

Description

Strong understanding of collections and recoveries, including customer contact strategies.
Deliver exceptional service in resolving non- or under-paying merchant accounts.
Manage high-value arrears cases, adapting to unique and complex circumstances.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, and draft letters and emails with accuracy and care.
Build positive relationships with merchants to assess their situations and achieve mutually beneficial resolutions.
Negotiate and implement tailored solutions that balance merchant circumstances with business interests.
Excellent communication skills, confidence, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle challenges, think quickly, and innovate in dynamic situations.
Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for supporting SMEs; finance industry experience is a plus.
Accurately input and manage data across multiple systems.Profile

Essential:

Fluent in English and German.
Minimum of one year's experience in Customer Support, Credit Control, Collections, or Debt Recovery.Desirable:

Highly reliable, organised, and adaptable.
Proficiency in HubSpot and experience with Excel.
Knowledge of insolvency and legal escalation processes.
Strong attention to detail and confidence in working with data.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
