Join Our Team: CWA Communications Executive

Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for creating impactful content? The Civil Works Alliance (CWA) is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Executive to join our team working on the ground-breaking Sizewell C (SZC) project. This role will be based between London, and the Sizewell C site, you will play an essential role in shaping our internal and external communications, ensuring our message reaches a diverse audience effectively.

About the Role:

As the CWA Communications Executive, you will support our Communications team by developing and distributing high-quality content across various platforms. Your work will help maintain and enhance our communication channels, keeping our stakeholders well-informed and engaged. You will source and prepare content for staff briefings, manage digital screens, oversee the photo library and drone footage, and keep our website and LinkedIn pages up-to-date. Additionally, you will support site visits and write compelling content as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Source content and prepare regular staff briefings.

Administer the content and roll-out of digital screens across the site.

Manage the Align photo library tool, including still, drone, and time-lapse photography.

Handle the selection and uploading of photos and video footage to SZC platforms.

Update content on the CWA website and LinkedIn pages.

Support visits to the site, including those by schools and VIPs.

Write high-quality content for various communication needs.

What We Are Looking For:

Strong writing and communication skills.

Experience in producing written content such as eNewsletters, presentations, and digital materials.

Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

A team player who is approachable and inquisitive, with the ability to liaise with various departments to gather necessary information.

Previous experience in the Construction or Civil Engineering industry is advantageous but not essential.
