As Hardware Engineer, you will be involved in the entire product life cycle, designing and developing cutting edge security hardware products that fuel our future growth. You will have the rare opportunity in NI to work on projects with cryptography, quantum-safe computing and a vast range of technology, from connected and autonomous vehicles to drones. What you will do: Work with the hardware team to develop ANGOKAs hardware based security solutions Electronic design and schematic capture Printed circuit board (PCB) layout Board bring up and testing Participation in design reviews Undertake regulatory and compliance testing Generate high quality design documents, validation plans and application guides Work closely with other members of the engineering and security team to integrate hardware into the ANGOKA solution What we are looking for: 2+ years electronics design experience A degree in electrical/electronic engineering or equivalent Experience with both analogue and digital design, including high speed, microcontrollers and power supply design Experience with Altium designer for schematic and PCB design Experience with a range of test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum anaylser, logic analyser) for testing and debugging hardware Experience designing for manufacture and working with PCB manufacturers Self-starter, problem solver and keen to explore new technologies Excellent verbal and written technical English communications skills It would be great if you had any of the following, but not essential: Embedded C, Linux or python experience Experience with mechanical design Design for EMC FPGA Previous hardware security experience ANGOKA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
