We are looking for a Internal Co-ordinator to join our client’s dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and have a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you!
 
Key Responsibilities

Quotations & Orders – As a Co-ordinator you will prepare quotes for new and existing customers and process orders efficiently
Data Management – Keep warranty logs up to date, update the internal Sales Board, and input key information into the CRM system
Customer Support – Provide telephone support on stock availability, pricing, and product enquiries as a sales administrator
Documentation & Organisation – Process and file customer documents, ensuring smooth record-keeping
Collaboration – Work closely with internal and external colleagues to support new and existing clients and orders
Project Tracking – Monitor ongoing projects and keep key stakeholders informed
