RECRUITMENT MANAGER - IT / TECH

SUMMARY:

The Experis' cross border business is driving innovation across the recruitment sector. Working across the full breadth of Manpower Group's 75+ countries, the team provides a unique and market leading solution to solve our client's talent issues. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to build on a strong recruitment sales background and work on something truly pioneering and global in nature.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be expected to become an expert in global talent trends and employment markets, taking this knowledge to bring new business to the cross-border team across a range of new and existing clients. The role is to develop relationships with new clients; win and deliver new business across both staffing and IT Project Services sectors, and to promote the Cross-Border Solution across the wider marketplace.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with management and the wider team to develop the sales strategy and grow our GP value across new clients
Build a sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and generate leads through to client conversion
Develop and implement new client pursuit plans ('client first'), leveraging market intelligence to deliver immediate returns and long-term profitable relationships
Work with the team to develop bespoke client specific solutions to create a differentiated value proposition
Work across both Staffing and IT Services sectors to drive the cross-border solution's growth in high value markets
Ensure all sales activity and pipeline is tracked, qualified, and signed off in accordance with internal procedures
Work with the wider cross border team and international internal partners to maximise monetisation in accounts and ensure risk and compliance requirements are met
Be a thought leader and expert in global IT markets, working specifically with multiple countries to develop key knowledge and create value
Be a brand ambassador for the wider IT services team to support overall strategic growth

Pro-actively identifies new opportunities and approaches to attract and win new clients
Monitors performance to deliver against objectives/ deadlines / targets
Networking and sales 'opener'. Builds wide and effective networks of contacts inside and outside the organisation
Sold innovative solutions to new clients
Puts the client first - demonstrates a commitment to meeting client's requirements and expectations
Experience of using data and trend analysis to inform future sales strategies
Articulate communicator, developed negotiation and persuasion skills
Works in a systematic, structured way, plans and manages own time effectively
Strong track record in driving profitable sales in the marketplace
Upholds the group values and behaves with integrity towards clients and prospects
Makes rational commercially sound business judgements from available information
Produces innovative new ideas/approaches/ insights
