Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to perform machining tasks as per the instructions of the Machining Engineer. This role involves operating and programming machines, adhering to task plans, and ensuring that the production meets quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Task Execution: Perform tasks assigned by the Machining Engineer, following detailed instructions.
  • Machine Operation & Programming: Operate and/or program machines as per the requirements of the task.
  • Task Planning: Follow the planned production tasks and schedules.
  • Attendance & Timeliness: Ensure punctuality with entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain facilities, equipment, and tools in good working condition.
  • Collaborative Communication: Maintain positive and assertive communication with colleagues from other sections.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the produced parts and completed tasks meet the required quality standards. In case of any issues, take corrective actions to resolve the problem and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
  • Deadline Compliance: Meet the production and delivery deadlines set.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure the safety of team members by avoiding risky behaviors and improper use of equipment and tools.
  • Work Area Cleanliness: Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after performing tasks.
  • Cross-Section Tasks: Perform tasks in integration, finishing, or other sections when production needs require it.
  • Instruction Implementation: Implement instructions from supervisors as required.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute to building a motivated, productive, and disciplined team.


Profile and requirements:
  • Education: First degree in mechanical engineering or a related subject such as aeronautical engineering or manufacturing engineering
  • Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in user-level computer tools.
  • Machining Knowledge: Strong knowledge of machining techniques and processes.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the sector or a similar field.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability in organization, planning, and decision-making.
  • Goal-Oriented: Focus on achieving production targets.
  • Communication & Leadership Skills: Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • United Kingdom (required) - To apply for this role candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
