Maths teacher - Stockport - January start A dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher is required to work at a Good secondary school in Stockport, to join them on a full-time basis from after the Christmas break until July 2025, teaching key stage 3 & 4 classes of various academic abilities. This position is five days a week, full time, and is open to ECTs as well as experienced teachers. You will be required to become fully involved within the department & school, like a permanent member of staff, and attend departmental meetings when required, and be available for parents' evenings as well as planning and delivering captivating, high standard lessons that will stretch the pupils in their learning. You will also be required to mark the work and provide feedback along the way, in tandem with AfL. This school has been recently inspected by Ofsted and found to be Good in all areas. Pupils feel safe and well supported at this warm and welcoming school, with their polite and kind nature. The leaders of the school have high expectations of the students which the pupils rise to everyday by striving for the best in behaviour and progress.
