About the Role:

As the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, high-quality, and efficient delivery of our clients contracts.

You’ll oversee all operational activities dynamic team fostering a culture of excellence in safety, quality, and operational delivery while driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Leading and mentoring Contract Delivery Managers to surpass client and internal KPIs.
  
  
• Executing the strategic vision for the business.
  
  
• Mobilising new contracts and embedding best practices across all departments.
  
  
• Championing safety and ensuring compliance at every level.
  
  
• Managing budgets, programmes, and contractual negotiations.
  
  
• Reporting on performance metrics, including safety and profitability.
  
  What We’re Looking For:
  
  This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a proven track record in telecoms, or Facilities Management, who is ready to inspire a diverse team.
  
  Key Skills and Experience:
  
  
• Extensive contract management experience in Telecoms or construction.
  
  
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating teams and driving success.
  
  
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and optimise resources.
  
  
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
