Job Overview:

We are seeking a responsible and proactive team member to carry out production tasks, ensure quality standards, and work effectively within a structured environment. The role involves following instructions, meeting production deadlines, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Task Execution: Carry out tasks based on the instructions provided by the team leader and production engineer.
  • Production Planning: Follow the assigned production task planning.
  • Attendance & Timeliness: Ensure punctuality with entry/exit times, breaks, and task durations.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure that facilities, equipment, and tools are kept in good condition.
  • Collaborative Communication: Maintain good, assertive communication with colleagues from other sections.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that the produced parts and completed tasks meet the required quality standards. In case of deviations, take corrective measures to resolve issues and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
  • Deadline Compliance: Meet production and delivery deadlines as defined.
  • Workplace Safety: Ensure safety in the workplace by preventing risky behaviors and improper use of equipment and tools.
  • Work Area Cleanliness: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after task execution.
  • Cross-Section Tasks: Carry out tasks in integration, finishing, or other sections when production requirements demand it.
  • Instruction Implementation: Follow and implement instructions received from supervisors.
  • Team Contribution: Contribute to a motivated, productive, and disciplined team environment.

Profile and requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or similar.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in user-level computer tools.
  • Knowledge in Laminating: Understanding of laminating processes.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the sector or a similar field.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making abilities.
  • Goal-Oriented: Focus on achieving production goals.
  • Communication & Leadership Skills: Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is essential.
