I am working with an established property company, whoare looking for a property administrator to join their team.

Their buildings are designed to surpass marketexpectations, and they pride themselves on creating a diverse and exciting environment.

Your new role

Handling tenant deposits, including collecting and keeping track of them.
Regularly checking in with a range of stakeholders, internally and externally.
Managing all forms of communication, and monitoring inbound phone calls as well as inbox management.
Regularly monitoring assets and checking for anything that needs to be actioned with stakeholders.
Preparing and managing documents and ensuring all terms are met.
Scheduling and coordinating timelines with external parties.
Keeping accurate records of all property-related documents and communications.
Distribution of client communications

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in administration coordination (ideally 1-3 years).
Ideally have experience or understanding of the property industry and an interest in pursuing a career in the space.
Excellent communication skills & organisational ability.
