Create job alert

Are you the kind of person who lives for finding the bug everyone else missed? Do you get a strange satisfaction from crafting the perfect test script, or seeing a failing test turn green? If you love clean code, airtight systems, and shouting “it’s not a feature, it’s a bug!” – this might just be the job for you.

We are a nationally recognised, award-winning recruitment agency group who are scaling up their digital game across multiple brands – and we need a Quality Assurance Analyst who can help keep their systems sharp, secure, and spot-on.

Writing, executing, and maintaining test plans and strategies

Designing and reviewing test cases (yes, you get to tell the devs when they’ve missed something)

Creating and maintaining automated test scripts

Performing non-functional testing and collaborating on DevOps practices

Quality-assuring third-party and offshore suppliers (you’ll be their favourite)

Helping keep releases fast, clean, and glitch-free

What we’re looking for:Must-Haves

Hands-on experience in software testing and QA

Working knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript

Strong SQL/database testing skills

DevOps know-how (tools and practices)

A solid grasp of Agile environments

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle

Analytical, methodical, and detail-obsessed

Nice-to-Haves

Test automation tools (Playwright, Selenium WebDriver etc.)

JMeter experience

Experience with system migrations or transformations

Payroll testing knowledge (bonus points if you've danced with HMRC)

What’s in it for you?
Free onsite parking (with electric charging points!)

Subsidised bistro – because testers need fuel

Indoor gym and squash court – bugs beware

Access to discount app & a bunch of staff perks

Proper training, mentorship, and genuine career growth

A collaborative, friendly culture where people actually like working together

If you're a code-sleuthing, test-case-writing, process-polishing pro who wants to make a difference in a forward-thinking digital team – we’d love to chat. Apply now and let’s make buggy software a thing of the past
