Sustainability Expert (Packaging) ๐ŸŒฟ๐Ÿ“ฆ

Our client, a leading online food ordering platform, is seeking a talented Sustainability Expert to drive the adoption of sustainable packaging practises among restaurants. Join their dynamic team in London and make a real impact on environmental sustainability! ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with restaurant owners to assess their current packaging practises and provide expert advice on sustainable alternatives that meet our client's local standards.
Develop tailored transition strategies for each restaurant, including recommendations for packaging changes.
Work closely with the local team to define an incentive structure that aligns with commercial relationships with restaurants.
Oversee and validate the successful implementation of sustainable packaging solutions.
Ensure that sustainable restaurants qualify for sustainability benefits.
Prepare regular reports to track merchant conversion progress for internal and external stakeholders. ๐Ÿ“Š๐Ÿ“‹

What You'll Need:

3+ years of demonstrated experience in client-facing roles with commercial responsibility.
Strong sales background and a proactive mindset.
Genuine passion for sustainability and making a positive impact on the environment. ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒฟ
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple restaurant clients simultaneously.
Commercial proficiency with a keen eye for identifying business opportunities.
A positive, energetic attitude that contributes to a thriving team culture. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸŒŸ

๐ŸŒฑ Nice to have: Existing knowledge of sustainable packaging materials, waste management practices, and industry regulations. ๐Ÿ“ฆ๐Ÿšฎ๐Ÿ“
