Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven Salespeople to join our team and are interested in speaking to anyone that has previous experience working in sales within the Exhibition & Events industry. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to join our growing business.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Executive:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company’s offerings both on-site and off-site.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Problem-Solving: Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Training & Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
    Skills & Qualifications in a Sales Executive:
  • Experience working in the exhibition industry. (desirable)
  • Ability to generate own leads, provide quotes and close sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
