About the Role As a Senior Account Executive , you will drive Doodle Labs’ growth by securing new business and guiding customers in the defense, aerospace, and industrial automation sectors through the sales process.

You will manage relationships, close deals, and ensure successful adoption of our technology in the UK and EU markets .

This is a remote position based in Europe or the UK , with 30% travel for customer engagement and industry events.

Key Responsibilities Manage Sales Pipeline: Qualify inbound leads, nurture relationships, and drive deals to successful integrations.

Lead Outbound Sales Efforts: Identify and pursue high-value target accounts, expanding Doodle Labs' presence.

Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work with Sales Engineers to address customer needs and technical evaluations.

Customer Engagement: Act as the primary contact, articulating our value proposition and managing complex sales cycles.

Strategic Account Management: Develop long-term relationships and provide high-touch support to secure major accounts.

What We Are Looking For 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development in wireless communications, networking, or robotics .

Proven success in B2B technical sales with OEMs, system integrators, or industrial automation firms.

Strong technical acumen in wireless communications, RF technologies, and networking solutions .

Drone industry knowledge (market trends, key players, and wireless integrations) is highly desirable.

Experience with VARs (Value-Added Resellers) and System Integrators is a plus.

Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
