Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our TikTok and YouTube strategy, focusing on high-impact content that resonates with our target audience. The role requires someone who can push the boundaries of creativity while also managing content performance. This person will be responsible for shaping our brand's voice and visual identity on these platforms, driving both organic and paid growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the social media strategy for TikTok and YouTube, driving follower growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation of original, high-quality, and engaging content across both platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns that increase brand visibility and audience interaction.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with influencers to create branded content that aligns with campaign goals.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of TikTok and YouTube channels to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, creative, and product teams to align content with broader business objectives.
  • Paid Media Strategy: Develop and manage paid campaigns on TikTok and YouTube to drive targeted growth.
  • Reporting & Insights: Create regular reports highlighting key performance indicators, successes, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media channels with a strong focus on TikTok and YouTube.
  • Proven track record of growing audiences and creating viral content.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s and YouTube’s algorithms, SEO, and monetization strategies.
  • Excellent video production and editing skills, with experience using platforms like Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
  • Ability to create data-driven strategies and apply insights to future campaigns.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and paid social media campaigns.
  • A deep understanding of the latest social media trends and culture.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
