Partner Solutions Architect (Copilot)
18 month contract (PAYE)
Fully remote - UK based
We are looking for a Pre-sales focused Solutions Architect, with technical knowledge and experience of working on Microsoft's Copilot.
This role is high profile and will involve contact with C level contacts across enterprise level organisations.
It is essential that you have technical expertise in Copilot (Certifications would be advantageous), and a good understanding of the usage and potential scope Copilot solutions offer.
You will be currently working in a technical pre-sales or solutions architect role informing and improving knowledge, adoption and implementation of Copilot within Enterprise organisations, and will have the skills to drive successful outcomes for customers.
As a Copilot specialist, you will be responsible for:
Enabling and empowering clients to deliver high-quality solutions based on Microsoft Copilot 365.
Working closely across a complex ecosystem including with tech, sales, product, and marketing teams.
Developing partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate and leverage partner programs and resources.
Educate on Copilot benefits and requirements, identify and match needs with the right resources, and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
Support technical product implementation and troubleshooting, build persuasive communication and relationship skills, and handle technical queries with a solution-oriented approach.
Help formulate market strategy, adoption strategies, focusing on competitive advantage and benefit realisation.
Increasing capacity for new and upcoming AI products within Copilot.
