Telemarketer/Telesales Executive
Location: Preston
Salary: Up to £35k + Bonus
Role: Telemarketer/Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Telemarketer/Telesales Executive to help reach new heights. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the growth strategy while working with a company that prides itself on its strong values of Care, Compassion & Creativity.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, and Business Development
Network with schools, multi-academy trusts, contractors, and architects to understand their buying needs
Identify and act on new Business Development opportunities and emerging market trends
Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring long-term success
Collaborate with the Head of New Business and Sales Team to convert opportunities into sales
Assist in preparing quotes and ensuring sales targets are met
Utilize our market-leading CRM to track, manage, and report on sales activityWhat We're Looking For:

A relationship-builder with a knack for building rapport and trust-building in a telemarketing environment
A confident communicator who thrives in a telesales-based role, reaching new customers and prospects
Someone who is energetic, persuasive, and naturally curious to gather valuable information and turn into Business Development
A skilled networker across phones, video calls, LinkedIn, and social media
Someone who can open doors and engage with organizations while upholding high integrity
Someone who has experience in telesales within schools, trusts, or the construction industry would be a huge plus
