We are seeking a Test & Verification Engineer to help advance electric propulsion technologies for next-generation aircraft, including EVTOLs, UAVs, and general aviation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage test plans to validate the functionality, performance, and durability of electric propulsion systems.
  
• Collaborate with external test facilities and coordinate testing schedules and reporting.
  
• Develop and document test cases, and assist in the setup of test rigs, data acquisition systems, and automation scripts.
  
• Analyse test data to generate detailed engineering reports and identify areas for improvement in test processes and equipment.
  
• Champion best practices in safety and quality, including test rig maintenance and upgrades.
  
  Skills & Experience:
  
  
• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  
• Experience with high-voltage battery systems, motors, controllers, or similar technologies.
  
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB or NI tools) and custom script creation.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work hands-on with test setup and instrumentation.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
