In this role, you will be the key driver in expanding their corporate accounts, managing end-to-end sales processes, and forging strong, long-term relationships with clients in the banking industry.

What You'll Do

Sales Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact, introducing our client's solutions to key stakeholders and achieving sustainable revenue growth.
End-to-End Sales: Take ownership of the entire sales cycle-from the initial pitch to contract negotiation and signing.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong connections with decision-makers at all levels within potential and existing banking clients.
Goal Management: Set, track, and report on individual and team KPIs across weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams from diverse departments to deliver exceptional solutions tailored to client needs and drive our client's growth.

Inspire Us With

Proven Experience: Extensive background in B2B sales, ideally working with mid-size and enterprise clients.
Banking and Tech Expertise: A strong understanding of the software sector, particularly PropTech, Real Estate Tech, or solutions relevant to the banking industry.
Performance and Drive: A results-driven, curious mindset with a passion for learning and personal growth.
Exceptional Communication: A strong presence with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
Language Skills: Native German fluency and professional-level English; additional languages are a plus.
Travel Readiness: A valid Class B driver's license and a willingness to travel within Germany (approx. 10%).
