Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Building Envelope & Roofing Products

Area to be covered: South West & Wales (Wales, Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £48,000 + £8,000 - £9,000 bonus

Benefits: hybrid company car and comprehensive benefits package

The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Building Envelope & Roofing Products will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of thermal insulation, acoustic flooring, membranes and gas protection products

  • All of your time will be spent selling to a mixed route to market via architects, builders merchants, merchants, distributors, stockist, housebuilders, local authorities, housing associations, engineers, contractors

  • Will deal with architects and specifiers however a much smaller element

  • Dealing with order values ranging from £5k -£100k depending on size and scope

  • Inheriting a successful territory

  • Will be required to conduct regular CPD’s

  • Will work closely with internal team and other members of the sales team

    The ideal applicant will be an Regional Sales Manager – Building Envelope & Roofing Products with:

  • Must have construction field sales experience selling building products

  • Ideally building envelope related

  • Must have sold to merchants, distribution and stockist OR design & build contractors, authorities, housebuilders, main contractors, sub-contractors, civil contractors and specifiers (ideally both)

  • Able to communicate at all levels from architects, merchants and contractors

  • Must have genuine desire to learn and expand your career

  • Numerate and IT literate ideally degree level education

  • Genuine hunger, desire to achieve goals and an analytical approach
