We are seeking an experienced client manager for a permanent role in Old Trafford, dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service within the business services sector. This position is ideal for someone with a strong sales background and a natural ability to engage customers cross industry.

Our client is a European based entity specialising in industrial-sized servicing contracts. The organisation has undergone remarkable expansion, establishing itself as a leader in the market with an extensive client base of over 25,000 and a workforce exceeding 900 employees. The workplace of this entity is marked by its dynamic nature, a high-speed operational environment, and a diverse array of activities.

Description

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Engaging with current and prospective customers via phone
Upselling and expanding business opportunities
Surpassing high-volume sales targets in a team-driven environment
Assessing customer needs to recommend the best solutions
Building and maintaining extensive knowledge of company services
Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals
Providing exceptional customer service with a professional approach
Effectively handling customer complaints and inquiries
Accurately recording customer information in the database
Collaborating with team members to optimize results
Scheduling outbound sales meetings
Prospecting 10 new businesses weekly
Monitoring individual forecasts and sales margins
Taking charge of lead generation responsibilities
Quickly establishing rapport through verbal communication

Profile
