About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy-identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals that drive revenue. This is a field-based role offering autonomy and the chance to shape your own pipeline and success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a personal sales strategy to meet and exceed targets
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach
Conduct client meetings and deliver persuasive presentations
Negotiate and close deals aligned with client needs and company goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
