Job Title: Business Development Executive / Lead Generation

Location: Remote (there is also an option to be office based in Herefordshire)

Salary: £27,000 + Bonus OTE £39k

Type: Full Time, Permanent

We're looking for a BDE / Lead Generator who’s ready to take charge of building a strong sales pipeline, within the commercial training sector, through cold calling, emails, social media, and strategic networking.

Essential Criteria:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally within the training sector.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven success in achieving or surpassing sales targets.
A consultative, customer-focused sales approach with a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
Confident working independently, and within a team.Duties:

Identify and qualify new sales leads through a variety of methods – cold calling, emails, social medial and networking.
Work closely with the BDM’s to build a strong pipeline and ensure a streamlined handover of leads / scheduled appointments.
Researching new markets and businesses, speaking with key decision makers, to develop and maintain lasting relationships, promoting commercial training courses.
Maintain a CRM database.
Working to KPI’s based on leads generated, conversion rates and contacts.Please note:
