What You’ll Do

Identify, develop, and managenew business opportunities within theUK defense sector, with a focus on drone technology and government procurement.
Lead the preparation and submissionof bids, proposals, and tenders, ensuring compliance withindustry and regulatory standards.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategiesto positionDestinus solutionseffectively within thedefense ecosystem.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and procurement frameworksto identify potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams(engineering, legal, and finance) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Negotiate and manage contracts, securing favorable terms and ensuring successful project execution.

Requirements

Must-Have

At least 5 yearsof experience inbusiness development, sales, or procurementwithin thedefense sector(mandatory).
Proven experiencein thedrone industry or government procurementis highly desirable.
Strong knowledgeof theUK defense ecosystem, including procurement processes and key stakeholders.
Extroverted personalitywith excellent communication and networking skills.
Strong business acumenand ability to identifystrategic opportunities.
Native English speakerwith excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independentlyand thrive in afast-paced, dynamicenvironment.
Willingness to travelwithin UK and internationally to represent Destinus at key events.

Nice-to-Have

➕ Experience working withgovernment tenders, procurement processes, or defense technology sales.
