We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to ensiure the expansion of our client's footprint within the CCTV and electronic access control sectors.

This exciting new role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our advanced security solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Business Development Manager

  • Market Research and Strategy: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Develop and execute strategic plans to capture opportunities and grow market share.

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging industry connections.

  • Relationship Management: Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders and partners, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.

  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets through persuasive proposals, tailored presentations, and effective contract negotiations.

  • Product Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of CCTV and electronic access control solutions to educate clients and provide customized recommendations.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, technical, and product teams to align strategies and share market insights to drive innovation.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor sales performance and market trends, refining strategies to achieve business goals.

    Qualifications for

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of business development or sales experience ,CCTV and access control solutions experince is not required.

  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Attributes: Results-driven, highly organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
