Position Overview
Their Business Development Managers in the Apprenticeship Team drive client relationships, activity, and fee generation via apprenticeship (100%) starts.
Supported by their marketing and apprenticeship resourcing functions, you will manage the start-to-end recruitment & sales process, creating new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships.
Some of your tasks will include intelligent marketing, face-to-face meetings, and business development telephone calling. You will always promote our range of products and services, ensuring you find the right answers and create sustainable business opportunities for our clients – not selling a solution that doesn’t fit.

Role Responsibilities:
• Achieve set activity & billing targets while delivering on agreed objectives.
• Generate success from sales calls.
• Manage client relationships to the highest standard.
• Effectively cross-sell all aspects of our training and apprenticeship offerings.
• Be a brand champion.
• Evaluate and manage performance levels in line with company expectations.
• Ensure all processes and compliance procedures are followed.
• Deliver sales training.
• Manage new business tenders and pitches.
• Support Senior Management with agreed duties (SAM+).
• Maintain all relevant management information on our CRM – quality data makes us successful.

• Extensive knowledge of Apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, ideally within the IT and Digital Skills Sector
• A proven track record in exceeding Sales Targets, driven by learner outcomes
• Solutions-orientated, commercially astute, and always seeking to improve ability.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to deal with various types of clients professionally.
• Desire to learn and execute detailed operational plans.
• Help integrate new starters into the business.
• Take initiative and operate with minimal instruction.
• Ability to influence others for the benefit of the business.
