Your Role Will Include:


  • Preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standards and following established recipes
  • Ensuring timely and consistent service during busy periods
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment
  • Assisting with planning and preparation for special events or large bookings
  • Monitoring stock levels and supporting inventory control
  • Collaborating with the Head Chef and wider team to ensure smooth service



About You:


  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating exciting dishes
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Understanding of food safety standards and best kitchen practices
  • A strong team player with great communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, driven, and keen to be part of a kitchen striving for excellence
