Client Relationship Manager
Location: [Hybrid Glasgow] | Salary: Up to £39,000 (DOE) + £10k-£12k OTE

We are looking for a results-driven Client Relationship Manager to develop new and grow existing customer and partner relationships. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, identifying key decision-makers, driving sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers to maximise long-term opportunities.

  • Prospect for new customers/partners while maintaining and expanding existing relationships.

  • Conduct client meetings and present tailored solutions to drive business growth.

  • Uncover revenue opportunities by understanding client needs and challenges.

  • Prepare quotes and proposals, delivering high-quality presentations.

  • Analyse sales data to strategically prioritise your pipeline and exceed targets.

  • Provide excellent customer service to foster long-term commercial relationships.

  • Develop a strong understanding of products to ensure accurate positioning in the market.

    Skills & Experience:

  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with persuasive presentation abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

  • Experience managing a client portfolio and executing a structured business development process.

  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.

  • Experience in B2B client management, ideally within a consultative sales environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
