One of our long-standing loyal clients are looking for their next addition to the Client Services Team!
If you're passionate about customer service, attention to detail, with a natural sales flare and passion for travel - this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:
Join our vibrant team as a Client Services Executive! Your role will be pivotal in supporting our luxury sales team to ensure seamless holiday experiences for our clients. Here's what you'll be doing:

Provide administrative support by processing and managing holiday bookings efficiently.
Collate and deliver timely information for quotes, inquiries, and confirmed bookings, always with a professional touch.
Prepare engaging presentations of information following our company guidelines and communicate directly with clients and agents via email and phone.
Proactively liaise with suppliers, hotels, and partners to secure confirmations and gather essential booking details.
Book ancillary and concierge services while meticulously arranging special customer requests to surpass expectations.
Maintain accurate records in our booking systems and CRM, keeping customer information up to date.
Conduct thorough reconfirmation of holiday arrangements before departure, quickly troubleshooting any issues.
Issue client documentation including invoices and final travel documents with precision.
Handle post-booking support, including amendments and cancellations, ensuring every client feels valued.Education, Skills & Experience:
What you'll bring to the table:

Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a travel-related role is a plus.
Familiarity with travel systems is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
A passion for travel and insights into the tour operator industry will set you apart.
Proven capability to manage competing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A strong motivation to deliver excellent service consistently.Due to the dynamic nature of the business, this role may occasionally require flexibility in working hours to address late notice amendments and inquiries. Advance notice will be provided when possible.
