Description

As a Contact Centre Sales Advisor you will be dealing with incoming calls coming into the business from new customers looking for more information in relation to the services which are on offer.

You will be having consultative conversations building excellent relationships and tailoring a package suitable for the customer ensuring the highest level of client experience.

This will be sales through service handling a range of queries promoting the services and working towards kpis set by the business.

The role will be also handling calls from existing customers that may be looking to cancel you will be handling these solving any problems with the aim to retain the business.

The role will be fast paced in a contact centre environment ensuring a high level of client care and the best package is provided to meet customer needs.

Profile

Previous customer service/sales and contact centre experience desirable

Able to work in a busy environment and towards targets set

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner

A good problem solver and a high level of resilience

Good persuasion skills and able to build excellent relationships

Excellent listening and questioning skills
