Step into a pivotal role as a Contract Manager in Scarborough, where your expertise in recruitment and management will drive success and satisfaction at a prestigious client site. With a generous salary of £32K per annum including car allowance and bonuses. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring excellent service delivery that aligns with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a strong relationship with the client. Orchestrating recruitment campaigns and overseeing a dynamic workforce to surpass client expectations and enhance operational excellence.

Here's what you'll be doing as a Contract Manager:

Managing key performance indicators, including service delivery, financials, resourcing/recruitment, and cost management to ensure maximum profitability of client accounts.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client contacts at all levels, as well as with internal departments and client management.
Managing candidate sourcing, resourcing, and campaign management to meet client requirements.
Providing benchmarking information to clients on local salaries and temporary wage rates.
Conducting regular service reviews with clients to discuss operational performance and ensure adherence to contractual SLAs.
Acting as a point of escalation for client issues and resolving them effectively.
Researching and understanding the local recruitment market and competitor activity.
Maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety guidelines.To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Strong people-management skills and the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service.
Business development skills to drive growth and exceed client objectives.
Experience in recruitment and candidate management including compliance and right to work checks.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues at all levels.
High levels of self-motivation and the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
A detail-oriented and numerate mindset to ensure accuracy in all aspects of the role.
