Our client based in Ampthill, Bedfordshire, has a brand new opportunity for a Customer Service Delivery Manager (Depot Manager). The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of all deliveries, installations and services. This role involves leading the team to achieve operational excellence and consistently meet or exceed customer service levels.

About the Role:

Delivering exceptional communication to customers to enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate strong relationships with customers.
Oversee the delivery of high-quality products and services to all customers.
Ensuring that all customer site installations are managed, installed, and signed off in strict adherence to company Operational Excellence, from Depot to Delivery process.
Overseeing the depot's Profit & Loss performance by controlling costs within budget and ensuring the profitable execution of all product and service deliveries.
Overseeing all depot transport activities.
Overseeing the management of the depot, you will lead and inspire the team, driving efficiency and innovation in daily operations.
Ensure the depot and the team adheres to health and safety legislation and company policies.
Conduct regular safety inspections and promptly address any identified safety issues.
Create a positive & motivated work environment by training, motivating, and developing your team members to achieve exceptional results and supports employee wellbeing.
About You:

You should have strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of customer service principles, and a track record of driving performance improvements.
You should have experience of managing a team, maximising operational excellence and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs)​
You should have strong IT skills
A full driving license is required
