What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Hands-on experience in UAV software, flight control, or drone engineering
🔹 Proficiency in ROS, PX4, ArduPilot, or autonomous navigation systems
🔹If you hold a Master's or PhD, we expect hands-on prototyping or real-world UAV system development experience
🔹If you're a hobbyist, we’re looking for well-documented builds, competition wins, or community recognition (e.g., FPV racing leagues, drone competitions, open-source contributions)
🔹 Passion for personal drone projects, DIY UAV platforms, or robotics experimentation
🔹 Hobbyist mindset – hands-on, curious, and constantly exploring what flies
