x1 FTC until September 2025This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and engaging individual, who is looking to support the wider community and lower unemployment rates.
The Role:

Engage, motivate and support unemployed participants through to gaining sustainable employment opportunities;
Proactively engage with key stakeholders to source employment opportunities for your caseload.
Conduct intensive 1:1 sessions with individuals in your caseload.
Identify and support individuals with their barriers to work.
Support your caseload with the CV writing and job application process.
Signpost your clients to relevant training programmes and specialised services if required. 
Engage with the local community to promote our client as the Provider of choice.Criteria:

Ideally have experience of working within a similar Employment Advisor/Coach role within the Employability sector.
Must possess a sound understanding of the local labour market.
Must have experience of working in a target driven environment – business development, sales,  recruitment etc
Must have the ability to demonstrate coaching/mentoring and persuasion/influencing experience.
Must be able to demonstrate experience of working towards KPIs.
